Jacqueline Cicala
Founder | Master Hair Designer

“I shape image with intention—where beauty becomes identity.” 

Born in Ecuador and inspired by the vibrant spirit of beauty and transformation, Jacqueline began her career in New York City in the 1990s—where she honed her craft in the worlds of fashion, editorial, and film.

In 2011, she opened her first salon in Morristown under the name Blowout, quickly becoming known for her personalized approach, intuitive eye, and technical mastery. That space has since evolved into Sage & Soul Salon—a curated studio where artistry, sustainability, and soulful design come together.

Her work has been featured in Vogue Portugal, L’Officiel, and La Petite Magazine, and she is widely recognized for her expertise in color transformations, timeless cuts, and her ability to make every client feel seen and elevated.

Jacqueline continues to design not only hair but the space around it—infusing the studio with seasonal touches, natural textures, and global inspiration.

Jade Cicala
Co-Founder | Client Relations

“Behind every great experience is thoughtful structure and seamless care.” 

As co-founder of Sage & Soul Salon, Jade oversees operations, customer service, and the business side of the brand. With a professional background in client management and a natural gift for communication, he ensures that every guest interaction—from inquiry to follow-up—is handled with precision, warmth, and respect.

Although not in the studio on a day-to-day basis, Jade plays an essential role in shaping the client journey and upholding the standard of excellence that defines Sage & Soul.

Jaden Cicala
Emerging Stylist

Jaden brings a fresh, modern approach to hair, focusing on effortless styles that feel natural, polished, and easy to maintain. Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful consultations, he creates looks that align with each client’s lifestyle and personal style.

He specializes in soft blowouts, precision haircuts, and dimensional color, with a strong focus on technique, balance, and healthy-looking results. Jaden is continuously advancing his skills through ongoing education in cutting and color, refining his craft with every client.

He also supports Jacqueline as a creative assistant on select projects, gaining exposure to high-level artistry while continuing to grow behind the chair.

Fun fact: Jaden is a Libra, Sabrina’s twin, and loves meaningful tattoos, coffee, and discovering new places.

Sabrina Cicala
Brow Artist & Skin Therapist

Sabrina is known for her calm, precise approach to beauty, specializing in naturally full, balanced brows that enhance each client’s unique features. Her work is thoughtful and detailed, creating results that feel effortless and refined.

She also focuses on scalp and skin care treatments, creating a relaxing, elevated experience while continuing to develop her own oils and holistic approach to care.

Fun fact: Sabrina is a Libra, Jaden’s twin, and loves meaningful tattoos, hiking, her pets Rosie and Chloe, and traveling to experience new cultures.

Cancellations & Policies

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments requiring extended reserved time, including color transformations and other specialty services, require 72 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled outside of these timeframes may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or result in limited online booking privileges.
