Jacqueline Cicala
Founder | Master Hair Designer

“I shape image with intention—where beauty becomes identity.” 

Born in Ecuador and inspired by the vibrant spirit of beauty and transformation, Jacqueline began her career in New York City in the 1990s—where she honed her craft in the worlds of fashion, editorial, and film.

In 2011, she opened her first salon in Morristown under the name Blowout, quickly becoming known for her personalized approach, intuitive eye, and technical mastery. That space has since evolved into Sage & Soul Salon—a curated studio where artistry, sustainability, and soulful design come together.

Her work has been featured in Vogue Portugal, L’Officiel, and La Petite Magazine, and she is widely recognized for her expertise in color transformations, timeless cuts, and her ability to make every client feel seen and elevated.

Jacqueline continues to design not only hair but the space around it—infusing the studio with seasonal touches, natural textures, and global inspiration.

Jade Cicala
Co-Founder | Business & Client Relations

“Behind every great experience is thoughtful structure and seamless care.” 

As co-founder of Sage & Soul Salon, Jade oversees operations, customer service, and the business side of the brand. With a professional background in client management and a natural gift for communication, he ensures that every guest interaction—from inquiry to follow-up—is handled with precision, warmth, and respect.

Although not in the studio on a day-to-day basis, Jade plays an essential role in shaping the client journey and upholding the standard of excellence that defines Sage & Soul.

Jaden Cicala
Pre-Stylist

Jaden is the newest artist on our team, currently completing his professional training in haircutting and color. With a natural eye for movement and form, he specializes in creating polished, long-lasting blowouts that last. He is quickly becoming a favorite for his attention to detail and calm, welcoming energy.

Under the mentorship of Jacqueline, Jaden is building a strong foundation rooted in technique, creativity, and intentional service. Each session with him is not just about the hair—it’s about helping clients feel seen and styled with care and attention.

Brow Specialist | Esthetic Artist

Sabrina is known for her signature approach to brows: full, natural, and tailored to each individual’s face. With a gentle hand and meticulous eye, she uses precise tweezing and refined techniques to sculpt brows that elevate and soften the entire look.

As a licensed esthetician, Sabrina also brings her love for skin and holistic care into each session, offering an experience that’s equal parts beauty and self-care. She is currently expanding her artistry with a curated, organic skincare product line.
